I guess you could swap out the coriander for another spice of your choosing.
This week I pickled all my beets. My mother always boiled the beets first in order to remove the skin. (Now it’s recommend that you roast them instead.) Anyway, I was left with a good amount of purple water that I didn’t want to go to waste. So...I made beet juice lemonade. Squeezed some lemons, added some sugar and the water from boiled ginger root. And now, vodka and ice?
